THE GARSON THEATRE COMPANY is a new professional theatre company in Santa Fe, New Mexico, housed and sponsored by the College of Santa Fe at the Greer Garson Theatre Center, named for film actress Greer Garson who was a supporter of new theatre work and a generous benefactor for the College. We were co-founded by former CSF faculty member and director Nick Mangano and retired CSF Performing Arts Chair, John Weckesser. Current producer is the current CSF Performing Arts Chair, Peter Zapp.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to engage our audience with vital topics of the day reflected in new works for the theatre. Through the presentation of new plays and re-imagined classics that illuminate our modern world, we invite audiences to explore provocative themes that embrace the human condition. We are committed to presenting quality productions and readings of new work within the Santa Fe community.

THE COLLEGE OF SANTA FE—OUR HOME
The Performing Arts Department at the College of Santa Fe, a private liberal arts college in the capital of New Mexico, has a long and distinguished history. With roots in the generous spirit of Miss Greer Garson, its alumni are working theatre artists in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago as well as points around the world. The PAD maintains its well-earned reputation and also continues to compete with cutting edge college programs by providing professional training and work, cultivating new plays and experimental work, and exposing students to the multitude of viewpoints and diverse artistic perspectives from working professionals.
